Aquapol receives "Grand Prix" for the preservation of listed buildings in Poland
07.11.2006 - In the historic Gothic city of Torun the "Polish Jury for Preservation of Historic Monuments" awarded the "Grand Prix 2006" for the preservation of listed buildings to the clean and eco-friendly AQUAPOL System in October this year. The UNESCO has declared the old town centre of Torun as a world cultural heritage.
At the 11th Trade Fair for Building Preservation in Torun the polish jury based their decision on the fact that "the AQUAPOL system is developed on an integral method and it is a very effective way for the handling the rising damp problem in walls."
The environmentally friendly AQUAPOL system has been installed more than times all over the continent including the United Kingdom. The intelligent Aquapol system for building dehydration does not require any electricity or batteries. No cuttings in walls are needed and no chemicals are used. "The AQUAPOL system is the solution for the preservation of British heritage and historic buildings, which suffer from rising damp problems", said Volker Kubillus, Managing Director of Aquapol UK Ltd.
